Terms of Service

You need an account to use most BaiBan features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk extract content from BaiBan.
• Use BaiBan to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Interfere with service operation, security, or other users.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit BaiBan content without permission.

Stories, explanations, and exercises may be generated by large language models. While we aim for quality, generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, cultural mistakes, or unusual phrasing.

BaiBan is an educational companion and is not professional language, legal, medical, or financial advice.

BaiBan, including our app design, trademarks, software, and compiled content, is owned by BaiBan or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BaiBan for personal, non-commercial learning.

If you submit feedback, notes, or other content, you grant us a license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve BaiBan. You represent that you have rights to content you provide.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, trial terms, and billing details are shown in the App Store before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

Purchases are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of BaiBan at any time, including to improve features, maintain security, or comply with law. We are not liable for feature changes or temporary downtime.

You can stop using BaiBan at any time and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect users, BaiBan, or third parties.

BaiBan is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaiBan and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaiBan and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where BaiBan operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms over time. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of BaiBan after changes means you accept the updated terms.
